WARRANTY TERMS

Limited Warranty Cover

Ninox warrants to the original purchaser that your product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

The warranty provided by Ninox does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

  • Accidents, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly
  • Improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply
  • Use of consumables not supplied by Ninox
  • Electrically conductive or corrosive liquids or substances coming into contact with components
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures

Warranty Durations

These warranty periods commence on the exact date on which you purchase your new Ninox product from the retailer, as detailed on your receipt.

Ninox Wired Mice: 2 Years
Ninox Gaming Surfaces: 6 Months
Ninox Gaming Accessories: 6 Months

Please note that certain discounted products may have a shorter warranty, which will be stated at the time of purchase. Any factory refurbished products have a warranty duration of 90 days. Please contact us if you are unsure of the length of warranty for your product.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS HARDWARE PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD FOR YOUR PRODUCT.


Proof of Purchase

For all warranty claims, we require a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is:

A sales receipt complete with purchase date, purchase price, and clear description of the product, from an authorised Ninox retailer. If you do not have this, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product. They may have a record of it which they can provide you with. If you ordered your product online, you may have an email from the retailer with a copy of the receipt.

We cannot accept the following as proof of purchase:

  • A picture of the actual Product, the packaging, barcode, or serial number
  • Receipts from non-authorised Ninox retailers
  • Receipts from any online auction sites, liquidators or clearance houses
  • An order number from any retailer other than the official Ninox.org shop
  • Cancelled cheques
  • Credit card statements

We hope you understand that Ninox will do its best to help you to make a warranty claim, but without a valid proof of purchase, we cannot be certain that the product is within its warranty period, or that it was purchased from an authorised Ninox retailer. If you purchased your product from an unauthorised Ninox retailer, you must direct all contact to that retailer for any support and warranty issues. Ninox has these policies in place in order to protect our customers from buying used, counterfiet or faulty goods, and recommend that you only buy from authorised retailers to ensure you enjoy the full benefit of owning a genuine Ninox product. Remedies

Ninox’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Ninox’s option:

1.  To repair or replace the hardware.

2.  To refund the price paid, provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Ninox may direct, with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemised receipt.

Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Ninox may, at its option, use new or refurbished or used parts in good working condition to repair or replace any hardware product. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.


How to Obtain Warranty Support

Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you first contact us for assistance. Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point of purchase during the first thirty (30) days after purchase; however, this period of time may vary depending on where you purchased your product – please check with the retailer where you purchased your product for details. Warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase and any other product related questions should be addressed directly to Ninox.


Limitation of Liability

NINOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF NINOX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


National Statutory Rights

Consumers have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. Such rights are not affected by the warranties in this Limited Warranty.


No Other Warranties

No Ninox dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
